1. Overview
This document outlines the official branding and logo usage guidelines for CyberComply, a cybersecurity compliance software developed by Armada Cyber Defense LLC. Consistent branding reinforces our identity, builds trust, and ensures recognition in the defense industrial base (DIB), compliance consulting, and federal contracting sectors.
These guidelines apply to all internal teams, external partners, channel resellers, consultants, and marketing affiliates authorized to use the CyberComply name and logo.

Tagline (optional use): “Streamlined CMMC Compliance. Simplified Security.”
Tone: Professional, authoritative, cybersecurity-centric

3. Logo Use
3.1 Primary Logo
The CyberComply logo consists of two core components:
The logomark: a stylized shield integrated with a checkmark to represent security and compliance.
The logotype: “CyberComply” in a bold, clean sans-serif font.
Approved Colors:
Shield Blue: #1C3F94
Compliance Green: #57C2A6
Dark Gray (text): #2C2C2C
White for reversed display
3.2 Clear Space Requirements
To maintain logo legibility and integrity, a minimum clear space equal to the height of the “C” in “CyberComply” must surround the logo on all sides. No text, graphics, or image elements should encroach on this space.
3.3 Minimum Size
For print:
Logo with text: no smaller than 1.25 inches in width
Logomark only: no smaller than 0.5 inches
For digital:
Logo with text: no smaller than 120px in width
Logomark only: no smaller than 48px
4. Logo Variants
4.1 Approved Versions
Full Color (Primary): For light backgrounds
Reversed (White): For dark backgrounds
Grayscale: When color printing is not possible
Logomark only: Limited use (e.g., favicons, small screen apps, or approved partner badges)
4.2 Prohibited Use
Do not stretch, distort, rotate, or apply shadows or effects
Do not change colors or overlay patterns
Do not crop or modify the logomark
Do not place on busy or low-contrast backgrounds
Do not recreate the logo with alternate fonts or design elements
5. Typography
Primary Font Family
Headlines / Titles: Montserrat Bold or Semibold
Body / Paragraphs: Open Sans Regular or Light
Web-safe alternatives: Arial, Helvetica, Verdana
Usage Guidance
Use Montserrat for branded headers, slide decks, and key visuals
Use Open Sans for body text, reports, and forms for clarity and accessibility

7. Co-Branding Guidelines
When CyberComply is presented alongside the Armada Cyber Defense brand or a Channel Partner’s logo:
CyberComply should remain visually prominent if it is the featured product.
The CyberComply logo must not be smaller than 80% of the co-branded partner logo height.
Logos must not be merged or graphically altered to imply joint ownership unless explicitly approved.
8. Legal and Trademark Usage
"CyberComply" is a proprietary product of Armada Cyber Defense LLC.
Use of the CyberComply name and logo must be pre-approved for:
Marketing campaigns
White-labeled instances
Co-branded collateral
Web usage on partner or consultant websites
Unauthorized use, alteration, or misrepresentation may result in revocation of branding privileges.

Use only approved templates for:
Sales decks
Datasheets and brochures
Website product badges
Social media promotions
Product documentation
